ADM Guideline

 Important: Please follow those Instructions: 

• Sales Promotions or Price Mentions: Any artwork includes sales promotions or price mentions, requires a permit from the Department of Economic Development (DED) in Abu Dhabi for ADM approval, and similarly from the Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) for DM approval.
• Security / Stock market Campaigns: Any campaign related to the stock market requires ADX registration certificate.
• National Day (Eid Al Etihad): Any artworks related to National Day (Eid Al Etihad) requires approval from the Department of Presidential Affairs.
• Country Flags: Any artwork that includes flags requires approval from the Department of Presidential Affairs.
• Real Estate / Property Ads: Any campaign related to real estate or property ads, requires a permit from the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (for Abu Dhabi) and from the Dubai Land Department (RERA) (for Dubai).
• Tourism Campaigns: Any campaign related to promoting tourism requires a permit from the Department of Culture and Tourism.
